The repaint project of 134 residential units in Artesia Courtyard Villas located in Sunrise, Florida aimed to rejuvenate the visual appeal and elevate the living experience within the community. This project involved a comprehensive pressure washing of all exposed exterior surfaces, caulking of all exposed cracks and voids around window and door openings, and repainting of all 44 buildings.

There were four different color schemes on the buildings with different colors on all trims, decorative shutters, garage doors, and front entry doors.  Structurally Sound contractor also coordinated with other trades the repairs of corroded facias and installation of new gutters.
