Aside from painting, the façade of the building was in need of some repairs and all sealants around window and door openings had to be fully removed and replaced due to natural ware and tear. With a fully occupied building our team was able to successfully clean, prep, prime, paint, perform crack and stucco repairs, and redo all sealants restoring it to its present state.
